Our Internet Store is open 24 hours/7 days a week. We monitor our site throughout the day and promptly respond to all inquires within 24 hours.
Shipping and Handling
How long will it take for my order to arrive after making my purchase?
All (in-stock items) will ship either the same day, or next business day via USPS Service. (unless specifically requested otherwise) All (not in-stock items) will be immediately ordered from the manufacturer. All products are subject to availability but most are available to ship from us within 3-5 business days. Your order would be processed and shipping information will be sent to you via email. The total time you could expect to receive your order would be 5-7 business days. This applies within the USA only.
International orders can take as long as three weeks! (average 10-14 days)
What if the item I order isn't in stock?
If the item you order isn't in our warehouse stock, we will contact the manufacturer direct in attempt to special order the item. If the item is in stock at the manufacturer we will proceed with the order. In instances where the item is not available we will promptly contact you and offer you to back order or exchange for a similar product and/or process an immediate refund.
Can I track my shipments online?
We forward via email all package tracking information that is provided to us by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us via email. We will research the shipment with our carrier and immediately issue a replacement.
What is your return policy
We offer a %100 money back guarantee. Simply return the unwanted or damaged item within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or a store credit equal to value of returned item/items.
